How buying works

Quantity and shipping address are set on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe calculates shipping and sales tax. We never see your card.

What is in the box

One band, in your color.

Registered, and numbered only where it is true.

The first color of the first run is not numbered on the packaging.

The number lives in the Tap-In registry. Tap, register, and the registry shows the run, the rung and the piece number.

Shipping and returns DRAFT for attorney

Plain and honest.

Draft for the attorney, taken from the BNU Tap-In shop. Ships in 1 to 2 business days, then UPS, usually 3 to 5 days. US only. 14-day returns on unused, unactivated devices. Damaged items are replaced or refunded. Shipping cost and sales tax are calculated at checkout.

What does the band do?

Tap it to another phone, or let them scan the code on the strap, and your profile opens on their phone.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. Showers, sweat and swimming are fine.

What colors are there?

Black, pink, olive and tan.

Does it fit everyone?

It has eight adjustment holes and a post snap, so it fits most wrists.

Is it numbered?

No. The first bands, cards and slim cards are not numbered. Each one has an NFC tag, so you can register it at This Is My Artwork and the registry keeps its place.

How do I activate it?

Tap it to your phone to start. It takes a couple of minutes. Then add your name, links and photo once.

Where do you ship?

To US addresses only, for now.

How long does shipping take?

It ships in 1 to 2 business days, then UPS, usually 3 to 5 days. This is a draft.

Can I return it?

Unused, unactivated devices can be returned within 14 days. This is a draft for our attorney.
